Vendors and Swap Meet

We finally have a great area for vendors and a swap meet!

Vendors will need to contact Scott prior to the event to reserve a space. Items should be automotive or BMW related, no t-shirt sales due to the fact that that is in direct competition with event t-shirt sales. You will need to be completely set up by 11:00am or you will forfeit your space. Space is 10′x10′ you will need to bring your own tent, table, and chairs.

Reserved spaces on vendor row are not for selling used parts. Those selling used parts should set up in the swap meet area which is first come first served.

The swap meet area will be first come first served. You will need to be completely set up by 11:00am, after that the parking spaces in the lot will be open for spectator parking. Please put a sign in your area with your cell phone # so people can contact you if you are away from your stuff.

**There is no charge for Vendor or Swap Meet space but you must make a donation of product, gift certificate, or gas card to the raffle ($50 is a suggested minimum). Drop your donation off to Patti at the registration tent.
